GIZ/The Green Innovation for Agriculture & Food Sector (Nigeria)/AFC Agriculture & Finance (Nigeria)

We facilitated the successful implementation of contract farming in Nigeria, conducting comprehensive assessments and training for facilitators. Our targeted approach improved the efficiency of value chains across multiple states, empowering new facilitators and enhancing local agricultural practices.

USAID/Ghana FtF Agriculture Policy Support Project (APSP)/Financing Ghanaian Agriculture Project (FinGAP)

Through our training programs, we equipped Licensed Buying Companies with essential skills in quality determination and financial management. This initiative significantly improved post-harvest practices in the Northern Sector, directly supporting the Planting for Food and Jobs Programme.

We conducted in-depth diagnostics of agribusiness firms across various value chains, identifying deficiencies and proposing targeted solutions. Our efforts in negotiating contract farming agreements strengthened partnerships between rice off-takers and farmers, enhancing operational efficiency and commitment to quality.

TechnoServe/John Deere

We performed a comprehensive training needs assessment for smallholder farmers across several districts. This initiative led to the development of tailored training programs aimed at improving farming practices, ultimately increasing productivity and livelihoods in these communities.

GIZ/CARI & GAIE, Nigeria

Our consulting services provided crucial training in contract farming and out-grower approaches to farmers and processors.
