Samuel Chani Otuteye is a Ghanaian with 28 years of professional experience as a consultant in private sector development. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. Samuel has specialized in training, coaching, and advising on contract farming, an inclusive business model, for the past 10 years. His expertise is further supported by his participation in multiple "Training the Trainer" programs focused on adult training skills and contract farming, organized by GIZ and Sense South Africa. As the CEO and lead consultant of Dibest Consult Limited in Ghana and Dibest Global Services Ltd in Nigeria, Samuel is dedicated to agricultural systems strengthening, training, and business development. His commitment to enhancing farmer services and fostering sustainable practices aligns perfectly with the company’s mission, making him a valuable leader in the agricultural consultancy sector.

Terna Yankyaa is an Accredited Management Trainer by Nigerian Centre for Management Development (CMD), also holds a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in agricultural economics and crop/soil science respectively from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria with over twenty years’ experience. He has undergone several other professional training courses (training of trainers-TOT) in organizational/ leadership development, development knowledge facilitation, project design/management, business and enterprise development, Monitoring and Evaluation (Membership of SMEAN), Value links, Contract farming, SMEloop, Cooperative Business School, Processors’ Business School, etc. he has expertise in value chain development including knowledge of the Nigerian private security sector. He has excellent skills in risk assessment, analysis and recommendations. He has varying working experience in the oil and gas sector, international development organizations, agricultural sector, as well as non-governmental organizations. He is the Head of Operations of the Company.

Cecilia Gideon is a trained accountant of over 16 years’ experience. She is a member of the ANAN. She rose from graduate trainee of a savings and loans company to head of Marketing, having served in various departments as chief auditor/risk officer to pay roll accountant. She now runs her private business. She brings her experience to bear on the management/accounting needs of the company. She is the Head of Accounts and Human Resource of the company.

Sylvester Terlumun Vihishma is a post graduate student of Nasarawa State University, Keffi Nigeria, pursuing a master’s degree in Development Communication. He has over five years of work experience in social mobilization and advocacy, with a strong background in research, data collection and program support. Since 2018, he has been providing technical consultancy services to the Global Fund malaria project in Nigeria. He is currently providing field support to the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) in Nigeria by the UN-IOM. He has received leadership and other professional trainings that focused on security, project management and research ethics. Sylvester is the Program Manger of the company.
